The Art of Theater

The Geffen Playhouse is a well-established cultural destination in Westwood. Soon after I joined the team as Director of Marketing and Communications, we identified the 2018/19 season as an opportunity to re-energize the theater’s image as a dynamic home for live performance with a new Artistic Director at the helm. The entertainment design house Gravillis was selected to create graphics that would represent the themes of each play, emphasize the artful execution audiences have come to expect from Geffen Playhouse productions, and establish a distinct look and feel for the season.
